Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help manage existing school relationships within your territory in the United States.
  • Develop and manage new B2B partnerships with schools and teachers.
  • Implement sales strategy to achieve Experience America’s sales goals in the American market.
  • Travel to the West Coast for training and to our annual team meetings.
  • Freedom to work remotely from home in your sales territory and have a flexible lifestyle with potential to generate wealth for your family.
  • Collaborate with EA team at weekly videoconference meetings to strategize and drive the success of US based sales team.

Basic Qualification

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in K-12 education B2B sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Goal-driven sales professional that will play a pivotal role in supporting and driving the growth of our business.
  • Strong understanding of the United States’ educational system with applied knowledge of structures, processes and markets for education and student travel.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Dedicated to customer experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and the technical aptitude.
  • Ability to build strong relationships externally and internally.
  • A strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated competitive spirit with a track record of winning.

Preferred Qualification

  • Staff management experience.
  • Experience using CRM program.
