Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, task-oriented individual who is detail focused and self-motivated. Experiential Travel Specialists play an integral role in supporting our sales team and given our rate of growth, this position has high potential of promotion. In this customer-facing position, you will be responsible for assisting Regional Managers with prospecting new clients and developing relationships. Experiential Travel Specialists identify new market opportunities and set sales strategy for defined area, territory or targeted accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage existing school relationships within the U.S.
  • Develop new partnerships with schools and teachers to provide transformative experiences for their students.
  • Implement and develop strategies to achieve Experience goals in the U.S. market.
  • Give presentations to schools, districts and regional stakeholders about Experience’s educational tours and web-to-mobile platform.
  • Travel to the West Coast for training and our annual team meeting.
  • Freedom to work remotely from home in your sales region and have a flexible lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with the Experience team at weekly video conference meetings to strategize and drive the success of U.S.-based team.

We are actively seeking individuals who:

  • Are experienced, goal-driven education professionals who are comfortable taking on an integral role in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
  • Have hands-on experience in teaching, educational sales and/or marketing and lead generation in K-12 schools and are passionate about empowering youth.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communications skills; can-do attitude.
  • Possess excellent project management skills.
  • Are self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Understand U.S. educational systems with applied knowledge of structures, processes and markets for education and student travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of relevant educational or sales experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite and CRM.
