As we go full steam into the future, we are expanding our creative team in all directions, developing a new website, student travel app, a constant stream of sales proposals, brochures and so much more!

To make this happen, we are looking for an Associate Copywriter who can support our Marketing and Creative Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist in copywriting and editing for the website, enhancing the brand voice
  • Social media management, scheduling and assisting in creating copy that encourages customer engagement
  • Create and/or edit copy for the sales team, such as proposals and brochures
  • Proofread, following company style guides and AP Style
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, from development to sales

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Communications or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in writing, editing and proofreading
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable adapting to new software to manage projects and content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite
  • Time management skills, organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing for the travel industry
  • Familiarity with InDesign and various other publishing tools
