Experience America LLC (Experience America),
founded in 1996, is an educational and cultural exchange
organization committed to the advancement of practical
training opportunities for foreign university students and
young professionals. Experience America remains small, serving
approximately 100 participants annually from Europe, Asia and
South America. Training positions are arranged with companies
in San Francisco, California.

Our mission is to bring people from different
cultures together through individualized, experiential
learning programs. We believe practical training opportunities
and internships provide international exchange participants
with a broad perspective of the American experience in the
work place.
Our vision is to continue the rich
tradition of exposing foreign nationals to the American way of
living and working, and to encourage American students to go
abroad and discover how other countries do business.

Our participants come from all around the world
in expectation of a quality learning experience in which they
will develop new skills, improve their English proficiency,
and build their career opportunities.
Our database of
host companies grows every year as companies and organizations
benefit from the high motivation and international perspective
our participants bring to the workforce.

Partners |
|
Experience America also works closely with
overseas partners in the U.K. and Eastern Europe. Overseas
partners help to promote the Experience America training
program in their country, screen and select participants and
provide pre-departure services. You can be assured that our
overseas partners know us personally and have spent time in
San Francisco learning more about the Experience America
program, and seeing for themselves where trainees live, work
and play!
Applicants from the U.K. and Eastern Europe
should fill out the "Intent to Apply" form and Experience
America will forward your inquiry to our overseas partner on
your behalf. An overseas representative will contact you with
more information.
